Data protection policy

This Data protection policy regulates rules of protection of personal data of the users of the website https://www.tikka.cz  (the “Website“) operated by the company GOLDEN TIKKA s.r.o., with its registered seat at Na Křenkově 392/4, 154 00 Prague 5 – Slivenec, ID No.: 282 29 592, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 133932 (the “Controller” or “We“). These rules do not make the Controller responsible for the application of privacy protection rules on other Web sites referenced on his Website.

Personal data protection

Company GOLDEN TIKKA s.r.o., as part of its activity, processes personal data of its customers and visitors of the Website (the “Customer” or “You“) and is towards them in the position of Controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR“). The purpose of this document is to inform the Customers about the form, scope and other terms of processing their personal data.

Purpose of processing of personal data

The Controller processes and stores personal data of the Customers, under the conditions and within the limits established by applicable law, for the following purposes:

  1. provision of restaurant, innkeeper and related services (performance of the contract);
  2. fulfilment of accounting, tax and other legal obligations imposed by law; and
  • ensuring the legally protected interests of the Controller (defence of claims before the courts, proper functioning of the Website, management of the Website reservation form and response processing).

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis in the mentioned events are (i) the need of processing to fulfil contractual obligations, (ii) the fulfilment of the statutory duty of the Controller and (iii) the legitimate interest of the Controller in the protection of his interests within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) (b) and (c) and (f) of the GDPR.

Transmission of personal data

To the extent necessary, processors are also involved in the processing of personal data as providers of accounting, marketing and IT services, solely on the basis of a contract for the processing of personal data. By law, we may also be required to pass on your personal data to third parties, especially to state authorities.

Duration of processing of personal data

The Customer’s personal data is processed for a maximum period of time necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of processing, i.e. at least for the duration of the concluded contract and for the period during which the Controller is obliged or entitled to keep the personal data according to generally binding legal regulations.

Personal data protection rights

You have all the rights ensured under GDPR, in particular:

  1. the right of information on the processing of your personal data;
  2. the right of access to your personal data;
  3. the right to ask the Controller to correct, erase, limit the processing of your personal data;
  4. the right to object to the processing of your personal data;
  5. the right to obtain your personal data (on their portability); and
  6. the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
